习近平生态文明思想作为马克思主义人与自然关系思想中国化时代化的最新成果，为我国石油石化行业绿色低碳转型提供了根本遵循与科学指引。文章以习近平生态文明思想的核心要义为理论基点，剖析该思想对石油石化行业正确认识和处理“发展与环保”关系的指导价值；以中国石油集团安全环保技术研究院有限公司（以下简称“安全环保院”）为案例，阐释其在钻井固废防控、废水资源化、甲烷控排、污染场地修复等领域的科技创新路径，呈现其从技术研发到成果转化与工业应用的全链条实践；总结了安全环保院鲜明的“需求导向、产学研协同、成果落地”绿色转型模式，为石油石化行业落实生态文明建设目标、实现可持续发展提供了可借鉴的技术创新应用范式参考。

Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization represents the latest achievement in the sinicization and modernization of Marxist thought on the relationship between humans and nature, providing fundamental principles and scientific guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of China's oil and petrochemical industry. Anchored in the core tenets of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, this paper analyzes the guiding value of this ideology in correctly understanding and managing the relationship between development and environmental protection within the oil and petrochemical sector. Using the China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) Research Institute of Safety & Environment Technology(hereinafter CNPC RISE) as a case study, it elaborates on the technological innovation pathways in areas such as drilling solid waste prevention and control, wastewater resource utilization, methane emission control, and the remediation of contaminated sites. The paper presents a comprehensive practice from technology research and development to the commercialization and industrial application of outcomes. Furthermore, it summarizes the distinct “demanddriven, industry-academia-research collaboration, and result implementation” mechanism of CNPC RISE's green transformation, offering a referential model for technological innovation and application. This model provides valuable insights for the oil and petrochemical industry in achieving ecological civilization goals and promoting sustainable development.
